Dear Shiloh Village School District #85 Families,
As we prepare for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, we want to share important information regarding our registration process.
To ensure accurate enrollment and comply with state mandates, all families must complete an in-person residency verification on Tuesday, June 2nd at Shiloh Middle School even if you have already completed the online registration process.
Please review the two pathways below to understand what to expect during this process:
Pathway 1: You Completed Online Registration (Recommended..........this will be open until May 31)
Your in-person visit on Tuesday, June 2nd, will be highly streamlined and significantly faster.
Please bring your required proofs of residency (e.g., utility bills, lease, or mortgage documents) to quickly verify your address and complete your registration.
Pathway 2: You Did NOT Complete Online Registration
Your in-person visit on Tuesday, June 2nd, will take considerably longer.
In addition to verifying your residency, you will be required to manually complete all registration, medical, and emergency contact documents on-site.
Special Notice for Families with BOTH New and Returning Students
If you have a new student (such as an incoming Kindergartener) AND a returning student, you do not need to attend on June 2nd.
Instead, you may register all of your children together during our dedicated New Student Registration day:

Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) – 7:00 PM
We highly encourage families to complete the online registration portal prior to arriving on June 2nd to ensure the quickest experience possible.
