!!NEW!! Online Current Family Registration

We are happy to announce that we are launching a brand new Online Registration process utilizing our new parent portal TeacherEase. It is our hope that this process will become the norm for registration in coming years. 

All Shiloh #85 families who have children currently in Kindergarten through 7th Grade are being asked to register online this year. Please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Log into your TeacherEase Parent Portal

    1. If you have not yet accessed TeacherEase this year, please see these instructions on how to log into your Parent Portal.

    2. If you need assistance logging in, please contact tech@shi85.org and we will reach out to you as soon as we are able.

  2. Navigate to Miscellaneous → Online Registration

  3. Complete “Part 1 of 3: Student Information and Forms”

    1. This portion of online registration will fulfill the requirement of filling out your student’s enrollment card

  4. Complete “Part 2 of 3: Health Information and Forms”

    1. This portion of online registration will allow you to fill out and submit all student health forms electronically

  5. Complete “Part 3 of 3: Free and Reduced Lunch Application and Fees”

    1. This portion of online registration will allow you to pay all school fees electronically rather than doing it on registration night

  6. Attend Family Registration

    1. Online registration will expedite all processes for in person registration. You will not be required to do any paperwork registration days if you have completed it online before June 30, but you must verify and prove residency in person at Family Registration. Family Registration dates for all District students are July 15 and 17 from noon to 7pm at Shiloh Middle School.  Please note our Acceptable Proofs of Residency listed on the next page.

Acceptable Proofs of Residency

You will need to have ONE document from BOTH Category A and Category B

All documents must be current and show your name and address.

Category A

  • Home Ownership Title, Deed, or Mortgage Statement

  • Current Lease Agreement/Current Receipt of Monthly Rent*

  • Current Property Tax Statement

Category B

  • Current City Utility Bill: Water, Gas, Electric, Cable; *Phone bills will not be accepted.

  • Homeowner’s Insurance Statement or Renter’s Insurance Statement

*If you plan on using a lease to register your student, please make sure the lease reflects that you are a resident between the next school year dates: August 12, 2025 - May 19, 2026. 

*If you have a “rollover” lease or a “month to month” lease, your landlord must provide, on legal letterhead, a typed, signed letter confirming your residence for the 2025-2026 school year. Landlords should include their name and current phone number.


Please understand, registration cannot be fully completed online, just the majority of the process. Our intention is to make the process easier and seamless. At the end of the online process, you will be given the opportunity to provide any feedback you wish to share with us regarding your experience. We are grateful for your assistance moving forward as we try to improve and make more convenient our online registration process.
